What Dissent Human Is
Dissent Human is an independent, non-commercial documentation project. It
exists to identify, name, and record patterns that erode human dignity,
autonomy, and connection. It is not affiliated with any political party,
corporation, or organization.
Using This Site
By accessing or using Dissent Human, you agree to these terms. If you do not
agree, do not use the site.
You may browse all published content without an account. Creating an account
is required to raise your voice on issues or submit new observations.
Accounts
To create an account, you must provide a valid email address. This email is
used solely for identity verification and voice authentication. It will never
be used for marketing, newsletters, or promotional content of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person,
one account, one voice per issue. Any attempt to manipulate voice counts
through multiple accounts or automated means will result in permanent removal.
Submitting Content
When you submit an observation, you grant Dissent Human a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute that
content on this platform. You retain ownership of everything you write.
Submissions are reviewed before publication. Dissent Human reserves the right
to decline any submission for any reason. This is not censorship. It is
curation. The goal is to maintain a clear, focused record, not to host
every opinion on the internet.
Submitted content must be original, must not target specific individuals by
name, and must not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
What We Will Not Do
We will not sell your data. We will not show you ads. We will not share your
information with third parties. We will not send you emails you did not ask
for. We will not monetize your attention.
This is not a standard legal disclaimer designed to quietly permit everything
the paragraph above just promised we would not do. We mean it.
Intellectual Property
All original content, design, and branding on Dissent Human is the property
of Dissent Human. Published user submissions remain the intellectual property
of their authors.
You may share and reference published content freely with proper attribution.
You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from this site for
commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Dissent Human is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our
best to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we are an
independent project with limited resources, not a corporation with a legal
department.
